Why is Fitness First launching a new app?
We are upgrading from Fitness First Asia app to Celebrity Fitness SEA from 10 June 2025 onwards to provide a more streamlined mobile experience. Celebrity Fitness SEA will be the only official Fitness First app moving forward.

What happens to the current Fitness First Asia app?
The Fitness First Asia app will be discontinued soon and will no longer be functional from 10:00 PM, 9th June 2025. You will need to download the Celebrity Fitness SEA to continue booking classes and managing your bookings, account, and membership. All data associated with the Fitness First Asia app such as booking history, check-in activity history etc. will be removed. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Do I have to download the new app?
Yes, the Celebrity Fitness SEA is necessary for all members to book classes, check schedules, and access other gym services.

Where can I download the new app?

Will my login details remain the same?
No. After downloading the new Celebrity Fitness SEA, you will need to use your email registered with Fitness First Thailand and reset your password to create a new account.

What will happen with the ongoing class and PT booking prior to the app change?
Your class and PT booking will remain in the new Celebrity Fitness SEA. More of good news for you, if you are under the penalty period or have a class strike in your account, this will be removed, and you can start using the new app right away

What is the Celebrity Fitness SEA app?
The new mobile app will allow members to search and book classes, view class timetables in real time. Members can also track and manage their class booking, access membership details, update profile anytime, anywhere. Finally, receive first dibs on latest deals and exclusive member benefits and privileges right from the app homepage.If you have downloaded the Celebrity Fitness SEA and don’t see Thailand in the menu yet, please be patient. Thailand will appear once the app is ready to use.

Do I need to pay for the new Celebrity Fitness SEA?
No, the app is free for members to use.

What should I do if I need help with the new app?
Please reach out to our Member Experience team at 02-118-6665 or Line Official (Line @fitnessfirstth) or approach our front desk staff at any of our clubs.

What devices can I use the app on?
You will need a mobile device running iOS 15.0 or above, or Android version 7.1 or above.
Note: We recommend that you regularly update your device’s operating
system and app for optimum experience.

Do I need an internet connection to use the app?
Yes. The app requires internet connection when in use to see the most updated classes and in-app functions. You may need to login again in case your connection is interrupted. The app does not support offline mode.

I tried to reset my password but did not receive the password reset email. What do I do next?
Check if you are using the same email address as the one you used when you registered for your membership. The app recognises the members by their individual email address.

I have already reset my password. How do I login?
Simply navigate to My Account on the app homepage and tap on My Profile and you will be prompted to login to your account.

Are all classes available for booking via the app?
Yes. All classes are available exclusively for members to book only

How do I start booking through the app?
Book your class with 3 easy steps
1. Download the Celebrity Fitness SEA and login to your member account
2. Tap on Book My Next Class from the app homepage
3. View classes in all clubs or specific club, select the class and tap book.

Can I book classes through the app every day?
Yes, the app is available 24/7 for online use, including class booking.

When do class bookings open?
You can book a class 6 days in advance starting at 9:00 am. For example, if today is Sunday 1 June at 9:00am, you’ll be able to view and book classes for Saturday 7 June. The class timetable will be updated at 9:00 AM every day.

How late can I book a class?
Class bookings remain open until 20 minutes before class start time, provided there are available spots.

What if the class I wish to book is full?
You can add yourself to the class waitlist. Should other members cancel their booking, you will be notified via the app that the class is added to your class booking automatically.

Where can I view my class bookings?
Tap on My Class Bookings on the app homepage to view upcoming classes and past class bookings.

How to Check in for Class?
When you check in at the club, the system will automatically check you into your class. Automatic class check-in opens 6 hours before the class starts. If you check in more than 6 hours before your class, please show your class booking screen in the app to the studio staff. Members must arrive at least 5 minutes before the class begins.
If you arrive later than 5 minutes before the class starts, your booking will be automatically transferred to the waitlist.

If I’ve already booked my spot in a class through the app, do I still need to register/verify my attendance at the club?
Yes. You still need to check in at the Front of House and the group fitness instructor will verify your attendance before the class. If there is any issue, please approach the group fitness instructor after the class.

When must I cancel my booking to avoid penalty?
You must cancel the booking at least 60 minutes before the class starts. For example, you need to cancel a 5:00pm class by 3:59 pm.

How do I cancel my bookings?
Tap on My Class Bookings on the app homepage, select the class booking you wish to cancel and tap cancel.

What happens if I’m on the waitlist?

  • If a spot opens up, the app will auto-book you in — make sure you have notifications enabled.
  • If you get promoted from the waitlist and wish to cancel, you must do so at least 30 minutes before the class starts to avoid a no-show penalty.
  • Waitlists remain active up until class time. Important: If you want to book another class that clashes with one you're waitlisted for, you must manually remove yourself from the waitlist first.

How to Check In at the Club?
Show your app and scan the QR code at the reception counter to check in.

How to Use Lockers?
Members can open the Celebrity Fitness SEA and show their QR code to exchange for a locker access card. Please return the locker card after use.

If you have your old membership card, you can continue to use it to scan and check in, and to access lockers at the reception counter as before

How do I verify my PT session?
Members can open the Celebrity Fitness SEA and show their QR code to verify their PT session at the reception counter.

What do you mean by penalty?
A penalty strike refers to a “booking suspension” via the app for 7 days. During this period, you will not be able to book a class via the app. You can still proceed to the club and check with our instructor team if there is availability for an immediate spot.

What will constitute a “booking suspension penalty” via the app?
A “booking suspension penalty” will only be imposed on members who no-show or cancel class bookings up to 6 times within a 30-day cycle under these conditions:

  • You do not show up for the booked slot (a strike won’t apply if you check in at the club within 5 minutes after the class begins).
  • You have cancelled the slot less than 1 hours before the class start time.
  • You are a waitlisted member, have receive a confirmed slot and cancel the slot under 30 minutes before the class start time.

Can I still train during this booking suspension period?
Yes, there is no monetary penalty imposed, and you can still proceed to the club and check if there is availability for an immediate spot. After 7 days, your booking rights will resume.

What data does the app collect, and how will it be used?

Do I get any notification from the app?
Yes. Please enable the "Notification" setting in your phone to allow notifications to come through.
