The AIA Vitality Fitness Assessment is exclusively for AIA Vitality Members and helps you understand your fitness level better. The assessment consists of the following components:
- Background Check - medical history, physical activity readiness, and fitness goals.
- Body composition analysis - height, weight, skeletal muscle mass, body fat percentage, visceral fat and more.
- Vitality Fitness Assessment (VFA) Test:
- Cardio: Maximum jumping jacks in 2 minutes
- Strength: Maximum push-ups in 1 minute
- Core: Hold plank position for 2 minutes
- Balance: Hold star pose for 2 minutes (average time of both sides)
- Flexibility: Sit & Reach as far as you can
1. Eligibility and Assessment Options
- This Vitality Fitness assessment is exclusively available for all AIA Vitality members.
- AIA Vitality members who wish to participate must register for either an in-club assessment or a virtual assessment.
- You must present your AIA Vitality Membership Card/eCard at the club reception upon entry.
- You are required to complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) at the club before taking part in the fitness assessment.
- For existing Celebrity Fitness members, please log in and select the desired assessment.
- For non-Celebrity Fitness members, you must first create a new account and select your preferred club. Then, proceed to select your
- desired assessment.
- If an account was previously created, simply log in again using the same credentials.
- In-club assessment:
- Payment is waived for existing Celebrity Fitness members.
- A payment of MYR 30.00 is applicable for non-Celebrity Fitness members. - Virtual assessment:
- A payment of MYR 50.00 is applicable for both Celebrity Fitness members and non-members.
- Upon registering for the AIA Vitality Fitness Assessment, you will receive a call within three (3) working days from your respective club to schedule an appointment.
- Appointments are strictly mandatory. Please note that walk-in requests may be rejected. To ensure a smooth experience, we recommend registering through the website in advance.
- This fitness assessment is non-refundable nor extendable after 30 days from the date of purchase.
- A maximum of two (2) rescheduling requests will be allowed. Thereafter, the assessment will be forfeited, and a new booking and payment will be required.
- If you would like to reschedule your appointment, please contact your selected club 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Please present your email confirmation at the club during your scheduled appointment as proof of purchase.
- Upon completion, you will receive a signed results slip from Celebrity Fitness’s fitness trainer.
- You are responsible for verifying and ensuring that your points are reflected in the AIA mobile app or portal within 2 working days.
- By providing your contact details, you agree that Celebrity Fitness may use your personal data to contact you by email, SMS or telephone calls for marketing purposes.
- By submitting your personal data, you confirm and warrant that the personal data provided is accurate and true.
- This assessment is subject to Celebrity Fitness terms and conditions of entry (available in the club).
